Stephanie Delgado is an applied economist who works at the intersection of strategy, data, and the human tendency to overcomplicate both. Warren Buffett warned against it, and she took it seriously. She’s not interested in trends or empty language. She’s focused on what works—and on helping good people do good work.
She holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Strathclyde. Its motto, the place of useful learning, felt like a personal mandate. She chose the hard side of systems work: the data, the science, the measurement. That’s where real change begins. Stephanie is drawn to the mechanics behind progress, not just what people want to achieve, but whether they’re positioned to get there. She helps people surface what matters and make decisions that move things forward.
She also builds. In South Korea, she wrote a weekly column for the expat community. In Abu Dhabi, she created a crowdshared library before the sharing economy had a name. After that came websites—first for friends, then nonprofits, then clients. The work started as service, became skill, and eventually became business.
Today, she works independently and with a network of trusted collaborators. The team expands when needed but the focus doesn’t change: the work has to make the world better.
Stephanie has taught Data Science for Social Impact at Lynn University and private institutions, appeared on national panels, and worked directly with government agency teams, funders, and early-stage founders. Her sessions are accessible, honest, and designed to leave people thinking differently, and more clearly, about the work in front of them.
